Returning to work

You are entitled to return to the same job following additional paternity/maternity support leave.

You can also take up to 10 Keeping In Touch (KIT) days at work while on leave; the same rules apply as KIT days taken during maternity leave. If you take KIT days during the Additional Statutory Parental Pay period, your statutory payments will not be stopped.
