• students of the University where the travel is organised by the University for academic (learning and/or research) purposes and where travel is organised by the student in pursuance of a University programme;
• other representatives of the University (eg visitors and honorary fellows) where the travel is directly related to academic (learning and/or research) purposes organised or authorised by the University.
