Certificate of Sponsorship (College/Service guidance)
Following the introduction of the Points Based System in November 2008, there have been many changes in the recruitment procedures for non EU/EEA applicants. These pages will outline the basic immigration routes that a person can come to the UK through and the obligations the University must fulfil in order to appoint a non EU/EEA candidate.
These pages are meant to provide general guidance only. For more detailed or specific guidance, please contact your HR Business Partner.
