Visit our FAQ pages for more information about working for the Temporary Staff BankTemporary Staff Bank (TSB)
The Temporary Staff Bank provides temporary secretarial/clerical services at short notice throughout the University. This support may be necessary for various reasons, including staff sickness, holidays, special projects, backlog of work etc. Bank staff can help to provide cover for the unpredictable and irregular patterns of work.
You should particularly note that because of this unpredictability there will sometimes be no work resulting in periods without pay. You will be notified of the cessation of work towards the end of each assignment, and we will contact you again if there is more work. Assignments will be of varying length.
