Equality and Diversity Coordinators

The role of the Equality and Diversity Coordinator will involve:

• Acting as a point of contact between the Equality and Diversity team and their College/Department or Service.
• Representing their College/Department or Service at termly meetings of the Equality and Diversity Advisory Group chaired by the DVC (External Affairs).
• Liaising between the Equality and Diversity Advisory Group and their College/Department or Service, bringing College/Department or Service issues to the Group for discussion and similarly disseminating information from the Group to colleagues with their College/Department or Service as required.
• Acting as delivery mechanism for change and development on equality and diversity issues within their College/Department or Service.
