Reporting incidents of discrimination is important because:

• everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect and to feel safe at all times
• steps can then be taken to prevent future incidents.

Report an incident

If you would like to report an incident of discrimination you can use the online reporting incidents of discrimination form; alternatively please contact the Equality and Diversity team by email or call 01392 722037 to request a hard copy of the form. This form can be used to report any incident that has affected you or others; anonymously if you wish.
