The following equality data for staff has been collated and analysed via various sources including the HESA* Heidi Equality management tool and the Midland Trent HR system.

(*HESA information currently only covers age, disability, ethnicity and gender. From 2012/13 the number of equality characteristics covered by HESA will be extended, allowing us to produce a more detailed analysis of our workforce).

The University has undertaken an Equal Pay Audit on an annual basis since introducing its new grading scheme at the end of 2006.
