Learning and Development

The Learning and Development Website provides details of training available to staff at the University of Exeter, including that relating to Equality and Diversity.  Opportunities include the following:

• Equality and Diversity Training - Introduction
• Disability Awareness
• Springboard Programme (national career and personal development programme designed especially for women)

The above courses (and other equality and diversity training programmes offered by Staff Learning and Development) are supplemented by an online Equality and Diversity Resource, produced especially for University of Exeter staff, to provide accessible, up to date reference material for staff working at the University.  The material can be used as you choose, either as a reference tool to use as and when required of it can be followed as a course.
