Career and personal development
The Springboard Programme is a national, personal and professional development programme designed especially for women. This programme helps women recognise their own potential and reach their goals and is run on an annual basis.
It helps women to look at ways in which they can prepare themselves for the opportunities in life and fulfil their potential in their careers and their lives in general.
To find out more and sign up for the programme please visit our Staff Learning and Development website.
We are currently piloting a new personal development programme, Sprint, for female Undergraduates. Developed in collaboration with the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford, Sprint is designed to help female students of all ages, from all backgrounds and stages in their lives and study to achieve their aims/aspirations and address the gaps in career equality.
This programme consists of action-packed workshops supported by relevant and inspiring role models and opportunities to engage with mentors who may provide further coaching and/or work shadowing opportunities. To find out more please visit the Career Zone website.
