As part of our commitment to continually improve, we believe that it is important to provide employees who leave the University with an opportunity to comment on their experience of working for us. So, before you go, we ask that you complete our short exit questionnaire.
The questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
Questionnaire responses will be collated and the combined information will be passed onto relevant HRBPs, for this your responses will remain anonymous. The feedback you provide will help us to identify employment trends at both University and College/Professional Service level, and, where necessary, introduce improvements that can benefit the wellbeing and working lives of our employees in the future.
You do not have to provide any directly identifiable information. However, if there is anything specific you would like to discuss, we ask that you do provide us with your name and contact details, as we may want to follow it up. If this is the case, your feedback may confidentially be shared with appropriate offices, such as Equality and Diversity and HR, who may contact you for further information. Only with your permission would your feedback be raised with other relevant offices.
We hope you feel able to comment openly and honestly about your time at the University of Exeter, and we would appreciate it if you could be as frank and specific as possible in your responses, letting us know about both your positive and negative experiences with us.
