Feedback and follow up
Managers should record feedback and suggestions about the items discussed, and make a note of any questions they have been unable to answer in the meeting. Templates for managers to use to record the feedback from their teams have been created and can be accessed below. Managers should aim to get back to their team with answers within 10 days.
Feedback should also be passed back up the management chain to senior levels if appropriate. Alternatively, you can share your feedback with the internal communications team: email@example.com who will collate this information and share it with VCEG.
Responses to the feedback given will be highlighted in the next month’s Team Brief.
