Sports and fitness groups: we're working with the Sports Park on recommencing staff/ PGR activities which were previously run through the Staff Life Plus membership scheme. Look out for news in the Weekly Bulletin and PGR newsletter.

Please note that this is a mixed class rather than staff only and run directly by the Sports Park.

A metabolic conditioning session designed to bring the very best out of yourself in a group fitness environment.  The very nature of it is such that it can (and should) only be programmed twice a week.  If you bring your A game to both the Monday and Thursday sessions and give ample time for recovery in-between you will see improvements in strength, speed, power and endurance.  Not a bad trade off for 90 minutes total work across two sessions.
