Applicants may apply for one full three year or one annual parking permit, this depends on whether you pay using the salary exchange scheme.
Those three year full permit/annual permit holders who have access to a second car may also apply for an additional ‘authority to park’ badge at no extra cost.
An ‘authority to park’ badge is available, free of charge, to staff who do not hold an annual permit.
‘Authority to park’ badges entitle holders to purchase the special reduced- rate daily ‘pay and display’ parking tickets. Both the ‘authority to park’ badge and the valid ‘pay and display’ ticket must be clearly visible to parking attendant staff whilst the vehicle is on the campus. Please display the 'authority to park' badge in the near side of your front windscreen.
Full permits/’authority to park’ badges are issued to specific vehicles and contain the registration number. Please notify and return the old permit to the Campus Helpdesk if you change your car and a new permit/badge will be issued in exchange for your old one, free of charge.
Permits/’authority to park’ badges are issued for a three year period for salary exchange/deductions staff or one year period for Non University staff running from 1 October to 30 September (one year permits are for applicants who are not part of the salary/deduction scheme) and staff/applicant who cease employment with the University should return the permit/badges to the Campus Helpdesk, Streatham Farm, Prince of Wales Road, Exeter, EX4 4PX.
Postal applications should be sent to Campus Services, Campus Helpdesk, Streatham Farm, Prince of Wales Road, Streatham Campus.
Refunds are available for the small number of applicants who are not part of the salary exchange scheme when unexpired permits are returned.

The Student Parking Regulations will apply to Postgraduate students on taught Masters courses.
Research Postgraduate students may be entitled to a one year staff parking permit.
Please note that any parking infringement may result in either a fine, the vehicle being clamped and/or the withdrawal of the right to hold a parking permit/‘Authority to Park’ badge. NB This applies to staff and students alike.
Persistently disregarding the Parking Regulations could lead to withdrawal of permission to bring a car to the campus and disciplinary action.
It should be understood that there will be occasions when all car parks are full and some permit/badge holders may not be able to find a parking space on the campus, thus you are not guaranteed a parking space.
