Staff stress: training courses

The University’s Staff Learning and Development team provides training and support for managers in Stress Management.  It is strongly recommended that all managers attend this course.  The pre-course online material provides an excellent resource for all managers, whether or not you are able to attend the course.

There is a more general course available for all staff Dealing with Stress identifying the sources of stress and how to deal with stress.

Other training is available in skills such as Delegation, Assertiveness and a through the Leadership and Management Framework from the Learning and Development webpages
