Training
The University provides you with a comprehensive range of learning and development opportunities
Participating fully with appropriate learning and development activities will improve your wellbeing by increasing your competence, your confidence and your self esteem.
Both you and your manager have the responsibility to identify appropriate learning and development activities and you should discuss these informally, day to day.
You will also have an opportunity to discuss your personal learning and development plan with your manager, more formally, during your Performance Development Review (PDR)
