Business Lead, PG System Development Project

I joined the University in November 2010 as an Admissions Administrator and held roles within Admissions in that time, including Postgraduate Admissions Manager and Systems Development Officer. I was appointment on a 12 month secondment to the role of Business Lead for the PG System Development Student Recruitment project in January 2017.

In my current role, I am the responsible for providing student recruitment system expertise and analysis support on the SITS System Development Project (part of the wider Student Recruitment Project), ensuring that the changes implemented support the objectives of the project and deliver value to the Colleges and Services within the University.

Prior to the University, I worked as a Lean Practitioner with the Department for Work and Pensions and spent 24 years at BT in a variety of roles including Helpdesk Manager, Project Manager and IT Systems Expert.
