3) Edit and modify content

• As a basic user you will only have access to the pages that you have requested to edit and therefore these will be what you see when you first login to T4 (see About T4 and login access) Once you have identified the correct section in the site structure, hover over the yellow arrow and select modify content.
• Next you’ll see all the content that sits on the page (or, T4 terminology, ‘section’.)
• Each page is made up of lots of individual pieces of content – things like text and images, as well as special templates like accordions or galleries. On the content page you might see a daunting number of possibilities. Hovering over each piece of content can give a good clue as to which one you need to open to edit the page. Hover over the yellow drop down arrow and select modify to take you through to the screen where you can make changes to existing content.
