Spectrum Life is free of charge and provides support to University employees, their partners and their dependants over 16. It offers assistance with:

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Spectrum Life is an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which is a confidential, neutral service provided by an external company to support colleagues at the University.
