Participation
Participating fully with appropriate learning and development activities will benefit your wellbeing by:
- increasing your competence
- increasing your confidence
- improving your self esteem
Discuss training with your manager
Informally:
- Both you and your manager have the responsibility to identify appropriate learning and development activities and you should discuss these informally, day to day.
Formally:
- You will also have an opportunity to discuss your personal learning and development plan with your manager, more formally, during your Performance Development Review (PDR)
