New staff

From December 2011, all new members of staff are automatically opted into the Staff Association and membership fees of £1 per week will be deducted from your monthly salary. You will receive full details, including a membership pack within 1 month. If you wish to opt out of the Staff Association, you will need to do so prior to your employment start date; after this time 1 month's notice will need to be given and the cancellation form‌ will need to be completed.

Existing staff

All members of staff with a start date prior to December 2011 will be required to complete the online Staff Association membership form in order to join. Upon joining, you will be sent a membership card and login details for the Exeter Rewards discount portal. Please note that this can take 1-4 weeks.
