Special interest groups

Staff Life offers a range of regular weekly/monthly groups focused around specific interests. These are usually run by a professional/experienced coach, teacher or group leader. Please check individual pages for alterations to locations and dates, or contact the organiser to join their mailing list. All members of staff welcome to come and enjoy these sessions including temps and PGAs.

Staff Life Plus members: FREE
Book a place using the link in the activity's web page then simply present your membership card on the day.

All other staff: priced per session
Purchase a class class through the online store. Check the relevant group page for prices (£3 - £5). You must also book a place via the Eventbrite link on the activity's page.

Complementary therapies: Staff Life are also pleased to be able to offer a range of complementary therapies at a discounted rate to Staff Life Plus members at both Streatham and St Luke’s Campus. Options available include massage, yoga therapy, herbal medicine and reflexology.
