A typical Circuits session may include: Squats, Burpees, Press-ups, Sit-ups, Shuttles, Plank, VIPR's, Crawls and more. The class allows you to work at your own pace, whilst our instructor is on-hand to provide that extra bit of motivation to ensure you work to the best of your abilities.
