Mondays and Thursdays 17.15 - 18.00, Sports Park

A typical circuits session may include: squats, burpees, press-ups, sit-ups, shuttles, plank, VIPR's, crawls and more. The class allows you to work at your own pace, whilst our instructor is on-hand to provide that extra bit of motivation to ensure you work to the best of your abilities but safely.

In order to book on, users just need to confirm with the the Sports Centre reception that they are members of Staff Life Plus using your membership card. You will then be let in free of charge at reception. This way the Sports Centre can keep a record of how many Staff Life Plus members they have for each session.
