* The University provided CAPITA with an assigned College or Service for each member of staff. In the survey, staff were asked to select their College or Service but it was not mandatory to do so. As a result we can see a higher than 100% response rate which is due to some staff having more than one job role/ associations based on local considerations. This is not unusual where staff may work across different work areas or operate matrix management.
