Survey was open.  73% of colleagues filled in their survey, with more than £3,000 raised for Cancer Research UK, Balloons bereavement support, Children's Hospice South West and Devon Wildlife Trust.

Colleges/services start to look at their results and action plan

University wide themes that have a broad impact are identified and further work begins to explore them and create action plans 

May 2017

Positive Working Environment summit to create action plans on the six University-wide themes

More than 150 actions in colleges and services are underway, with highlights shared in Weekly Bulletin and online
