Vice Chancellor’s Executive Group (VCEG) look at overall University level results.  An overview of key themes is shared before the Christmas break.

Colleges/services start to look at their results

February 2017

College/services senior teams or executive groups lead staff workshops to explore results, celebrate successes and commence action plans. 

 

University wide themes that have a broad impact are identified and further work begins to explore them and create action plans 

March - Easter 2017

Local level action planning.  Disciplines, teams and departments will share results, celebrate successes and identify areas for improvement.  

Further research on University-wide themes takes place including an online poll

April 2017

Coordination of plans, communication of local plans.  

May 2017 

Positive Working Environment summit to create action plans on the six University-wide themes
