Jake Moores

Since leaving the Royal Navy two years ago after nearly thirty seven years’ service, Jake has taken up numerous roles in Leadership. As well as holding an Honorary Professorship he acts as Chief Operating Officer to a firm of Solicitors, is Chair of a Board of a company delivering leadership development, is Vice Chair of The Leaders Club, is Managing Director of a leadership consultancy firm and provides advice to a company in digital simulation training development. In the Charity sector Jake is President of the Royal British Legion in Devon, Chair of Dart RNLI and a trustee for two charities. Jake’s career in the Royal Navy included three submarine commands as well as command of Britannia Royal Naval College Dartmouth, The Faslane Flotilla and the Devonport Flotilla. In addition to his academic awards Jake has a Certificate in Company Direction from the institute of Directors, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute, a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts and is a Registered Practitioner in Managing Successful Programmes.
