Katherine Felstead

Executive Assistant to the Director

Katherine provides administrative support for the Strategy and Security Institute and is the Executive Assistant to the Director of the Institute, General (Retd) Professor Sir Paul Newton.

Katherine is an alumna of the University; gaining her first degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from Exeter in 2006. Prior to working at the University Katherine worked in a variety of administrative roles and obtained a Masters degree in Egyptian Archaeology from UCL in 2009.

Katherine joined the University in October 2010, working in the External Relations team within the College of Social Sciences and International Studies before joining the Strategy and Security Institute in July 2012.
