Transcript

The standard transcripts issued by the University show details of the qualification awarded, the modules taken in each year of study, along with the marks/credits for each module shown, as appropriate.

The availability of transcripts is outlined below, but it should be noted that the University can only send official transcripts of marks, upon receipt of a student's specific request with signature and payment (if applicable), see below.

Please note that the we can only supply transcripts for completed students, interim transcripts should be requested from the College, or downloaded via the 'MyExeter' portal.

Current students

Undergraduates & Postgraduates

A transcript of marks is sent (free of charge) to all students leaving the University. If your home address has recently changed please inform the Student Information Desk, Forum, Stocker Road.   Should further official copies of the transcript be required there is a charge of 12 pounds for the first copy and 3 pounds for each subsequent copy thereafter, ordered at the same time.

Past students

Undergraduates and Postgraduates

Transcripts of marks for past graduates are available at a charge of 12 pounds for the first copy and 3 pounds for each subsequent copy thereafter, ordered at the same time.  NB. In some instances our archived records for past graduates are not as extensive as present, this may affect the content of the information we are able to include in your transcript/award confirmation.

Transcript request and payment

Please complete our Certificate and Transcript Order Form and either email or post it back to us.  Standard processing times are around 7-10 working days, although it may take longer during peaks times.

Please note that along with debit/credit card payment we also accept payment in the form of either a sterling cheque/International Money Order (drawn on a UK Bank), which should be made payable to the 'University of Exeter'.

Please also note that we are unable to accept payments from American Express and Diners Club cards and Canada Post: Money Orders.

**JYA students must request transcripts directly from the International Office (JYA), University of Exeter, Laver Building, North Park Road, Exeter, EX4 4QE. The fee advised above still applies.  For urgent queries please contact: studyabroad@exeter.ac.uk
