National Scholarship Programme

Information for 2014/15 Entrants

This information applies to students who started their studies in September 2014.

The key features of the scheme are:

  • It is open to UK* and EU undergraduate students starting their studies in September 2014.
  • You will receive a bursary of £2,000 for your first year of study and  £1,400 from the second year onwards for the duration of your course as long as your household income stays below £16,000 and you continue to meet the eligibility criteria

Payment of the NSP Bursary

Payments are made in 3 instalments and will be made direct to a nominated bank account, with each instalment weighted according to the number of weeks in each term. The table below shows the dates of each instalment and how your payments will be weighted according to your total bursary:
