Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry - Bursaries
The Medical School is awarding two special bursaries each year. They will be given to home (UK) students of any age who are living in Devon or Cornwall and in situations of unusually severe hardship, even after other support has been taken up. To be considered for one of these bursaries you should apply in writing to the Peninsula Medical School, giving details of your situation. You do not necessarily have to be on a very low income it is your overall situation that will be considered, taking into account your income, outgoings, and overall domestic circumstances. If awarded, a special Peninsula Medical School bursary is worth £5,000 (£2,000 in year one, and £1,000 in 3 subsequent years).
