I have not received my maintenance payment

All students must be registered in order to receive a payment. Check your registration status to ensure you have completed registration correctly.The University must have your correct bank details in order to make payments.  Check your personal student account to see if your details are correct.Once the Student Funding Team has received Scholarship information from College staff they are processed within a day or so.  Please check with the Student Funding Team to ensure that we have received all details of your current scholarship.

When I try to register my fee scholarship is not appearing on my student account

It is possible your fee scholarship does not cover the full cost of your course.  It may also be possible that the Student Funding Team do not have the full details of your fee scholarship just yet.  Please contact us directly on the details below to confirm we have the correct details.
