Exeter campuses
The University’s Exeter campuses are within easy walking distance of Exeter city centre. The city centre map shows the location of the Streatham Campus and the St Luke's Campus, plus routes between the campuses and Exeter St David's and Exeter Central train stations, all within walking distance.

By bike
Exeter campuses
Exeter and the University are well served with traffic-free cycle routes. Cycle parking is available at both campuses. You can find out more about the provisions for cyclists as the University on the Sustainability website.

Bus travel
Stagecoach bus timetables
The D bus runs between the Streatham Campus, the City Centre, St Luke’s Campus and the Tesco Superstore at Digby. Buses generally run every 15 minutes all year round.
The H bus route includes the RDE hospital, St Luke’s Campus, the City Centre, St David’s Station, Cowley Bridge and the Streatham Campus.

University minibus
There is a free minibus service from Exeter St David’s railway station to Streatham Campus for staff and students.
The minibus service runs from Streatham Campus to St David’s Station Mon to Fri 07.45 am to 10.30 am. The evening minibus service runs from the layby outside the Geoffrey Pope building to St David’s via car parks A and B, from 16.00 - the last bus leaving Geoffrey Pope at 18.05 during term-time and at 17.30 during the vacation. Traffic permitting the service should run every 20/25 minutes. For further information visit the University minibus page. Train travel
Rail timetables
For train times and fares visit National Rail's website or telephone National Rail enquiries on 08457 48 49 50. You can also check train times and live departure boards, buy tickets and download pdf versions of rail timetables for local and regional routes from First Great Western, Cross Country Trains or South West Trains. The train information pages of the Falmouth Exeter Plus website also has specific rail information about the Truro, Penryn and Falmouth areas.
Car sharing
To promote our sustainable travel agenda the University has joined the car lift sharing website which is available throughout Devon and Cornwall. Further information can be found at Car Share Devon and Car Share Cornwall.
Student car parking
1st year students residing in halls/flats or those residing within the city boundary (post codes EX1, EX2 & EX4) are NOT eligible to apply for a permit/badge.
Students whose term-time residence is outside a 1.5 mile zone from the Streatham Campus are entitled to apply for a parking permit/badge. There is no student car parking facility at St Luke’s.
