UniCard - Exeter students

New students

Once your place at the University of Exeter has been confirmed you can apply for your UniCard by emailing sid@exeter.ac.uk with your:

  • Name
  • Student number
  • Photo

If you are unable to do this you can request a hard copy application form be sent to you by emailing sid@exeter.ac.uk.

Your UniCard will be posted to your home address prior to your arrival. If you do not receive your card prior to your arrival at University you can collect it from: 

The Student Information Desk,
Forum Student Service Centre,
Streatham Campus 

New International students: You may collect your UniCard from the Student Services Centre once your passport and qualification documents have been checked by our Admissions team. If you will not be in attendance at the University your UniCard will be posted to your home address.

New distance learning students: (including International students) Your UniCard will be posted to your home address.

Replacement Cards

Lost or broken cards are replaced at a charge of £6 and can be ordered at our online store.

Stolen cards can be replaced free of charge through the Student Information Desk Online Please provide your crime reference number in your enquiry.

If you are experiencing difficulties with your UniCard please visit the Student Information Desk in the Student Services Centre where we can test your card.

If you need a replacement card immediately, please come in person to the Student Services Centre in the Forum between 8am and 8pm.
