When the live chat is open you will be able to chat with an advisor in the chat box at the bottom right hand side of the screen here.
Students will be seen on a first come, first served basis. There may be wait times before an Advisor is available to reply. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Quick queries, for example about organising medical evidence, information on applying for the Disabled Students’ Allowances, queries on parking permits.
What is live chat drop in not for?
It is not for longer questions and enquiries which can be answered through booking a full Advisor appointment. For details including how to book an appointment please see: http://www.exeter.ac.uk/wellbeing/accessability/bookinganappointment/
