As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have all had to learn to adapt to new ways of going about our everyday lives. As a student at the University of Exeter, the Wellbeing team are aware that you may be facing many challenges. These might include:
- Worrying about how to cope with COVID-19 and all the changes it has brought, such as changes to your study routine
- Struggling to maintain structure in your life, which is impacting on your ability to find the motivation to study
- Finding the strength to overcome the demands of University life or daily hassle
- Overcoming fear when engaging with activities and socialising following the change in COVID-19 restrictions.
How We Can Help
Working closely with our internationally recognised clinical and psychological therapies colleagues within CEDAR, Wellbeing Services are excited to provide four approaches to help you manage challenges you may face arising from COVID-19.
Using these approaches may help you reduce the impact of these challenges imposed and better manage the demands imposed by your studies as well as helping you maintain your wellbeing.
