Looking after your wellbeing following COVID-19

Covid-19 Approaches: Jan 2022

  • Worrying about how to cope with COVID-19 and all the changes it has brought, such as changes to your study routine
  • Struggling to maintain structure in your life, which is impacting on your ability to find the motivation to study
  • Finding the strength to overcome the demands of University life or daily hassle
  • Overcoming fear when engaging with activities and socialising following the change in COVID-19 restrictions.
