Wellbeing Approaches for COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic is placing demands on everyone as we learn to adapt to a new way of going about our everyday lives. As a student at the University of Exeter, the Wellbeing team are aware that you may be facing many challenges. These may include:

  • Worrying about how to cope with COVID-19 and all the changes it has brought, such as changes to your study routine
  • Struggling to maintain structure in your life whilst self-isolating, which is impacting on your ability to find the motivation to study
  • Finding the strength to overcome the demands of University life or daily hassle
  • Overcoming fear when engaging with activities as COVID-19 restrictions begin to be lifted

How We Can Help

Working closely with our internationally recognised clinical and psychological therapies colleagues within CEDAR, Wellbeing Services are excited to provide four approaches to help you manage challenges and limitations arising from COVID-19.

Using these approaches may help you reduce the impact of challenges imposed by COVID, better manage the demands imposed by your studies and help you maintain your wellbeing.
