Pro Vice-Chancellor's Postgraduate Scholarship

About the award

Through the generosity of Professor Ken Evans, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean of the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences, we are delighted to be able to extend our Pro Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship to applicants for 2017. All international applicants who are holding an offer of a place on selected programmes will automatically be considered for these high-value scholarships of up to £7,500.

Early application is encouraged. A limited number of scholarships are available and are offered on a first-come first-served basis.

MSc Materials Engineering/ with Management
MSc Mechanical Engineering/ with Management

MSc Financial Mathematics
MSc Information Technology Management for Business

MSc Tunnel Engineering
MSc Mining Engineering
MSc Geotechnical Engineering
MSc Mining Geology
MSc Applied Geotechnics

MSc Exploration Geology
MSc Surveying and Land/Environmental Management
MSc Renewable Energy Engineering

How to apply

All applicants who are holding an offer of a place on selected Master's programmes will automatically be considered for the funding and you will be informed via email.

Terms and conditions

  • This award is only payable to applicants classed as international for fee purposes.
  • The award is only payable for entry onto the programme outlined in this email for September 2017 entry.
  • The structure of the award will take the form of a tuition fee discount.
  • You cannot receive more than one scholarship or discount from the University of Exeter. If you are eligible for multiple scholarships you will be awarded whichever scholarship has the higher value
  •  Awards cannot be guaranteed if you fail to pay your deposit within 8 weeks of receiving this offer. If you require an extension please put your request in writing to empsmsc@exeter.ac.uk.  Consideration will be given on a case by case basis.
  • Failure to respond will result in the award being withdrawn.
  • The University may ask you to appear in publicity material relating to scholarships and/or study at the University of Exeter.
