The draw closes at midnight on 30th April 2011. The winner will be drawn at random by the Director of the University's Development and Alumni Relations Office and notified via the contact details provided. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize must be taken outside term time by April 2012, will be arranged directly with our Events Exeter team and be subject to their terms and conditions (www.exeter.ac.uk/eventexeter). Current University staff are not eligible for the prize draw.
All information is securely held on the University's alumni database. It is treated confidentially and with respect for the benefit of the University and its members in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Data is used for alumni activities and programmes involving academic and administrative departments, the Students' Guild, fundraising programmes, and for the promotion of benefits and services. These may include an element of direct marketing. The data will not be disclosed to external organisations other than those acting as agents for the University.
