Applications for entry into the second or a later year of an undergraduate programme

We will consider applications for second year entry in 2013 subject to places being available with the exception of programmes in The Business School (although we will consider second year entry for our IT Management for Business programmes).

Entry into the final year of a degree programme is not normally considered or permitted.

Applications for second year entry should be made via UCAS. As part of our selection process we will consider whether the modules you have previously studied match the core components of the first year of the programme for which you are applying. You will therefore also need to send the following information directly to us if it is not included on your UCAS application:
•         Up to date transcripts of your current higher education studies and/or predicted grades supplied by your academic referee
•         List of all level 2 and 3 academic achievements to date, including GCSE or equivalent
•         Letter of intent, with reasons for requesting entry to the University.
