If you choose to study with us, we will also look at lots of different factors – alongside your exam results – to realise your true academic potential.

Do I have the right qualifications?

Contextual offers »

Fair access to higher education is hugely important to us. We recognise that not everyone gets equal opportunity to show their academic potential whilst they are at school or college. When we review an application, we take into consideration the context in which applicants have achieved their academic qualifications, which may mean you are eligible for a contextual offer which is lower than our typical entry requirements.

Alternative qualifications »

Although the majority of our applicants will have A Levels, we welcome a range of alternative qualifications, so this does not need to become a barrier to you applying to university. These include Access courses, Welsh Bacc, Scottish Highers, EPQ, Core Maths and BTECs.
