Case studies

The six case studies below cover several different approaches to delivering efficiencies in different areas of a university. Each describes the activities undertaken, impacts and benefits, challenges faced and overcome, and lessons learnt. All the case studies also include some practical resources developed to help other universities carry out similar activities successfully.
