The campus Sports Centre includes an air-conditioned gym and exercise studio. The gym has cardio-vascular and resistance training equipment with qualified staff to help you develop your personal fitness programme. Classes in the exercise studio cater for all abilities and include aerobics, circuit training, Tai Chi, yoga and dance. A variety of membership packages are available, and non-members can attend classes on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis.
