The Campus is situated on a 70 acre estate overlooking the Fal Estuary, which you can see in the distance. The main building (on which you are standing) was built in 2004 and is contoured into the landscape with a planted roof of sedum to minimise its impact. It incorporates substantial passive energy design including sophisticated building management system controls.
