Directions to the Truro campus

By car

From Exeter: Take the A30, turn off at the Chiverton Cross roundabout on to the A390 signed for Truro. Follow for approximately four miles, past Truro College, then at the next roundabout, turn left into the hospital.

From Penryn: Take the A39 then the A390 towards Treliske.

Park and ride

There is a Park & Ride site located at Langarth, off the A390 (TR4 9AN), approximately one mile from the Truro campus. The PR1 service operates every 10 minutes during peak hours, and every 15 minutes off-peak.

Car parking

There are a limited number of ECEHH visitor parking spaces – permits need to be reserved in advance. There is a pay and display car park at the hospital, however, please be advised it gets busy.

By rail

The Truro campus is approximately two and a half hours by train from Exeter. From the Railway Station, take the 304 (towards Porthtowan) or the 588 (towards Perranporth). Alternatively, walk northwest along the A390 for approximately 30 minutes.

The Truro campus is approximately 15 minutes by train from Penryn.

By bus

To reach the Truro campus by bus from Truro city centre, take the 304 (towards Porthtowan) from Frances Street or the 588 (towards Perranporth) from Frances Street.

By taxi

On foot or cycle

To reach the Truro campus from Truro railway station, the journey on foot takes approximately 25-30 minutes. By bicycle, the journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes. To plan your route, visit the Walk It or Cycle Streets website.
