Feedback

The Wellbeing Services team welcomes feedback from all service users.  We really value your comments and suggestions as we are always striving to improve what we offer.   We seek feedback in a variety of ways.

We routinely email evaluation questionnaires to students who have received counselling from us and use this feedback in management and team meetings to inform further service development. The questionnaires are voluntary and anonymous, and all feedback received annually is summarised in our Annual Report.

We also ask all students who use our MH advice, guidance and mentoring service to complete a feedback questionnaire so that we can, again, learn how to improve our provision. Once again, this feedback is anonymous and all data summarised in our Annual Report

We would be pleased to receive feedback from you on any aspect of our delivery whether you are a student or not. If you wish to offer us more general feedback about our services then please email wellbeing@exeter.ac.uk

We hope that you will feel your contact with the Wellbeing Team is positive but, if not, we welcome comments that might help us improve our services. Furthermore, if you wish to make a complaint, you can do so in writing or in person to Mark Sawyer, Head of Wellbeing Services. Copies of our Complaint Procedure are available from reception or from any member of staff.
