Wellbeing Approaches for COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic is placing demands on everyone as we learn to adapt to a new way of going about our everyday lives. As a student at the University of Exeter, the Wellbeing team are aware that you may be facing many challenges. These may include:

  • Worrying about how to cope with COVID-19 and all the changes it has brought, such as changes to your study routine
  • Struggling to maintain structure in your life whilst self-isolating, which is impacting on your ability to find the motivation to study
  • Finding the strength to overcome the demands of University life or daily hassles

How We Can Help

Working closely with our internationally recognised clinical and psychological therapies colleagues within CEDAR; Psychology, Wellbeing Services are excited to provide three approaches to help you manage challenges and limitations arising from COVID-19.

Using these approaches may help you reduce the impact of challenges imposed by COVID, better manage the demands imposed by your studies and help you maintain your wellbeing.
