Catered student accommodation costs
Our accommodation fees include the following utility charges: internet connection, heating, electricity and water. Our properties are automatically exempt from Council Tax if you are a full-time student.
For catered students, please note that sixteen meals per week are also included in the cost. Please see our 'catered residences' webpage.
