This residence is owned and managed by our partner Unite Students. It is located in the heart of Exeter city centre and approximately 20 minutes' walk to the Streatham campus and 20 minutes' walk to St Lukes. Exeter Central train station is only a five-minute walk away.
There are 155 single occupancy standard rooms in flats of up to seven residents who share well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge areas. The flats were refurbished in 2017. In flats of five, students are sharing two toilets and one shower. In flats of seven, students are sharing two toilets and two showers.
