University of Exeter accommodation

Whilst we are grateful for all your assistance in assisting students with their accommodation, students are expected to complete their accommodation application themselves. As part of the application process we ask for the student’s hobbies, interests and preferences which we then use to allocate their room. It is important that we have as much information as possible to ensure that they have the best possible experience.

Important: You cannot accept an accommodation contract on behalf of a student as this is a legally binding contract.
