We recognise the considerable challenges faced by educators, including teacher retention, budgetary pressures, rapid policy change, equality in the classroom and the provision of continuing professional development. Together we work with partners in the Education sector to transform policy and practice, inspire change and deliver solutions. We collaborate with practitioners and organisations in the UK and internationally to create better outcomes for schools and school staff. We are ranked 5th in the UK for world-leading and internationally excellent education research and have a proven track record of excellence in professional education.
