Our Biochemistry degree focuses on understanding the chemistry of life, from molecular interactions to cellular processes in health and disease.
You’ll study the fundamental principles of Biochemistry, exploring chemical processes, biological molecules, metabolic pathways, cellular communications, disease mechanisms and pharmaceutical development.
The breadth and depth of chemistry that is available on our Biochemistry degree sets our programme apart, providing our graduates with the knowledge and skills required for careers in biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, in addition to many other career paths and further study.
